How do I get my Freebie file?
	Your purchases do not come to your email. After you've completed your order, you are brought to a page with a link to download your free file. You can collect your freebie at that time. If for some reason you don't and need to download it later, then you must log back in to your account and go to Review Orders/Downloads then click on "view order" for that file. At the bottom of that page you will see: "Looking for the order confirmation page that was displayed after checkout? Click here to view it again." That will take you to the order finished page for your freebie file. BUT, remember, this file is only available for 1 week. After that time it will no longer be available for free download. So be sure to download before time is up! =)
My files didn't come to my email?
	That is because the files aren't delivered to your email. You must go back to the Tiffany Doodles website and login to "my account" and get your files in there.
Where are my purchased files?
	The files are located here on the website in "My Account". Your purchases do not come to your email. After you have placed your order and payment has been completed you can login at the site to download your files. Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of the site. Then go to "Review Orders/ Downloads" to view and download your purchased files. If there are any problems just email me!
How do I change/cancel an item in my order?
	Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
